Das Außenministerium hat kürzlich eine Liste praktischer Kooperationsprojekte für das dritte internationale Kooperationsgipfelforum „Belt and Road“ bekannt gegeben. Eines der bemerkenswerten Projekte ist das 200-MW-Photovoltaik- und 500-MW-Energiespeicherprojekt in Taschkent, der Hauptstadt Usbekistans. Das als Uz Tashkent Light bekannte Projekt liegt 25 km vom nordwestlichen Vorort Taschkent entfernt. Es umfasst eine Fläche von etwa 600 Hektar und wird von Saudi Acwa Power entwickelt.

Ein weiteres Projekt auf der Liste ist die 25 MW Solar-Photovoltaik und 5 MW Energiespeicherkraftwerk Projekt in Kaya, Burkina Faso. Dieses westafrikanische Land hat einen Darlehensvertrag für dieses Projekt unterzeichnet. Darüber hinaus wurde das 3Q-Lithium-Salzseeprojekt in der Provinz Catamarca, Argentinien, hervorgehoben. Dieses Projekt verfügt über eines der größten und hochwertigsten Lithiumprojekte Karbonatressourcen der Welt, das entspricht etwa 7,63 Millionen Tonnen.

Das Cauchari-Olaroz-Salzsee-Entwicklungsprojekt in der argentinischen Provinz Jujuy wird ebenfalls als eines der größten Salzsee-Lithiumgewinnungsprojekte weltweit vorgestellt. Dieses Projekt wurde im Juni dieses Jahres in Betrieb genommen und weist eine Gesamtressourcenschätzung von rund 24,58 Millionen Lithium auf Tonnen Lithiumcarbonat-Äquivalent (LCE).

Indonesia is involved in several significant projects, including the production of 120,000 tons of nickel metal and 15,000 tons of cobalt metal, as well as the manufacturing of nickel and cobalt hydroxide through a wet process.Additionally, they have projects for the annual production of 50,000 tons of lithium hydroxide and 10,000 tons of lithium carbonate.  Indonesia is also planning to establish production lines for 126,000 tons of nickel metal, along with necessary supporting facilities.

A project in Hungary is making headlines.This Belt and Road cooperation project is the largest power battery factory in Europe, with an investment of 7.34 billion euros.Located in Debrecen, Hungary's second-largest city, the factory aims to produce lithium iron phosphate power batteries.  These Batterien haben eine Reichweite von 400 km nach nur 10 Minuten Ladezeit und können mit einer vollen Ladung 700 km erreichen.
