外交部近日公布了第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛务实合作项目清单，其中引人注目的项目之一是乌兹别克斯坦首都塔什干200兆瓦光伏和500兆瓦储能项目。该项目名为Uz Tashkent Light，位于塔什干西北郊25公里处，占地约600公顷，由沙特Acwa Power开发。

名单上的另一个项目是25兆瓦太阳能光伏和5兆瓦 储能电站 布基纳法索卡亚项目。这个西非国家已经签署了该项目的贷款协议。此外，阿根廷卡塔马卡省的3Q锂盐湖项目也受到关注。该项目拥有最大、品位最高的锂盐湖项目之一全球碳酸盐资源量约相当于763万吨。

阿根廷胡胡伊省的Cauchari-Olaroz盐湖开发项目也是全球最大的盐湖提锂项目之一。该项目于今年6月开始运营，锂资源总量预计约为2458万锂吨碳酸锂当量（LCE）。

Indonesia is involved in several significant projects, including the production of 120,000 tons of nickel metal and 15,000 tons of cobalt metal, as well as the manufacturing of nickel and cobalt hydroxide through a wet process.Additionally, they have projects for the annual production of 50,000 tons of lithium hydroxide and 10,000 tons of lithium carbonate.  Indonesia is also planning to establish production lines for 126,000 tons of nickel metal, along with necessary supporting facilities.

A project in Hungary is making headlines.This Belt and Road cooperation project is the largest power battery factory in Europe, with an investment of 7.34 billion euros.Located in Debrecen, Hungary's second-largest city, the factory aims to produce lithium iron phosphate power batteries.  These 电池 充电10分钟续航里程可达400公里，充满电后续航里程可达700公里。
