During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, our country's energy development will undergo a significant shift. The previous approach of relying mainly on large-scale, centralized development will be transformed into a focus on household distributed development.This new model will combine both centralized and distributed utilization of energy resources, allowing for a more efficient and sustainable energy system.

One of the key advantages of distributed energy is its higher utilization efficiency.This means that more of the energy produced is actually used, resulting in less waste and improved overall performance.Moreover, distributed energy has a smaller negative environmental impact compared to traditional large-scale development methods.By promoting distributed energy systems, my country aims to achieve a more reliable energy supply while minimizing harm to the environment.

Distributed energy has gained recognition as an important development direction in the global energy technology sector.The ability to generate energy locally not only facilitates local power consumption but also reduces the need for long-distance power transmission.This approach not only saves on investment costs but also helps to minimize transmission losses.In addition, adopting a distributed development model can effectively address the economic energy needs and consumption focus of the developed eastern regions, helping to alleviate the existing imbalance between supply and demand.

While the central and eastern regions of my country have densely populated areas with high electricity demand and prices, they are well-suited for large-scale application of new energy distributed power generation.  However, remote and underdeveloped areas in western regions face challenges in establishing a powerful power grid system that can meet the demands of rapid economic development.  In these areas, distributed energy systems offer a solution by leveraging the abundant natural gas resources and diverse renewable energy sources available in the west.  This approach provides strong support for the economic development of the western region in a shorter timeframe and with smaller investment costs.

In conclusion, my country is undergoing a transformation in its energy development strategy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.  The shift towards distributed energy development will enable a more efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly energy system.  This model caters to the economic energy needs of the developed eastern regions while also providing a solution for the remote and underdeveloped western areas.  By embracing distributed energy, my country aims to create a more balanced and sustainable energy landscape for the future.
